Through the certification program we have gained in-depth knowledge about QuickBooks® and its small business solutions, and have acquired the skills to support you more effectively.

Our special training in the Certified ProAdvisors program means that we will answer your QuickBooks® accounting and computer questions professionally and patiently, as well as accurately and effectively. We have worked with a variety of computer hardware and software issues since 1983, and can diagnose and fix many common computer problems if they arise during the software installation process.
We have a variety of professional service arrangements, including fixed fees, and reasonable hourly rates. As with all of our services, we want to build a Professional Relationship with you, and therefore, we are happy to fully discuss our fees with you, in advance, so there will be no unpleasant surprises later. Once we come to an agreement, we will stick to it!
